We specialized in polyurethane wet pour rubber granules and rubber crumb binder for a safe playground and gym flooring.
Product Summary:
- MDI base clear PU adhesive. Very light yellow in colour.
- Moisture cure and best suitable for the tropical and hot weather.
- packed in 200kg/drum. But also available in 20kg Drum for easy handling & installation.
- 20% mixing ratio with EPDM rubber granule.
- one 20ft container can load 70drums/14dons of PU binder.
Our specialized PU binder are used for children playground flooring, gym flooring, rubber paver installation etc.
Polyurethane wet pour adhesive is transparent, which reduces yellowing or a dull effect on EPDM flooring after installation.
Polyurethane binders are available for several climate characteristics, including extreme conditions. It is all weather available.

EPDM rubber granules are used in site construction steps, installation steps:
1. Clean the site and keep it clean
2. Evenly paint the site with a special environmental protection primer roller
3. Stir the particles and glue evenly at a ratio of 5:1
4. Spread the evenly stirred particles to a little thicker on the site
5. Use cement trowel to flatten and compact the particles
